  • Healing Still Blooms

Healing is not an overnight process.

Rebirthing the way we think, move, love, and see ourselves takes time. Growth does not happen instantly. Just like pregnancy, transformation happens in stages. We begin as something small, fragile, and still becoming.

Even when we fall back or feel like giving up, healing allows us to begin again.

I have a tree in my backyard that once looked completely dead. For over 15 years, I spoke life into it. I fed it fruit and vegetables, while Mother Nature nourished it with rain and sunlight. Now, every spring, it blooms with beautiful flowers, branches, and leaves.

Yes, parts of it still appear weathered, but love, patience, and care continue to bring it back to life.

We should show ourselves that same compassion.

Do not allow your past, intrusive thoughts, or difficult seasons to convince you that you are beyond growth. Be gentle with yourself. Healing requires nourishment, patience, grace, and love.

Even pregnancy takes time, care, and nurturing before a new life fully blooms. 🤍

  • Check On Your People

As this year continues, my heart has been heavy with the loss of loved ones to health challenges, overdose, and domestic violence. These experiences have been a painful reminder of how critical it is to actively care for the people in our lives.

Mental health is a silent struggle in so many of our communities, and it’s often those who seem the strongest who are carrying the heaviest burdens. Pay attention to the quiet ones, the ones who always seem in control, and the ones who are constantly smiling while supporting everyone else.

Please, check in on your people. A simple “How are you, really?” can make all the difference. Remember, silence can be deafening.

  • It’s OK

People are often afraid of starting over.
But starting over can mean so many different things—beginning a new job, moving to a new place, entering a new relationship, or even changing the way we see ourselves. Starting over isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about acknowledging that certain things no longer serve our highest good and choosing to move forward.

The beauty of starting over lies in perspective.
You’ve survived. You’ve grown. You’ve conquered. Most importantly, your awareness has risen to a new level, one where you can truly appreciate life as it is. Your present becomes a gift—free from dwelling on the past or obsessing over the future. Instead, you simply enjoy, allow, and manifest what aligns with your soul.

When I finally let go, I gained more than I could have imagined.
Not in a material sense—though it feels like winning the lottery—but in clarity, peace, and understanding. I found freedom in knowing where I didn’t belong, in forgiving what I couldn’t change, and in being grateful for both the good and the difficult experiences.

    So, I ask you:
What are you still holding on to?
Is it serving you—or weighing you down?

Release it. Live a life worth living.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can tell yourself is simply this:

    It’s OK.
