  • Healing Still Blooms

Healing is not an overnight process.

Rebirthing the way we think, move, love, and see ourselves takes time. Growth does not happen instantly. Just like pregnancy, transformation happens in stages. We begin as something small, fragile, and still becoming.

Even when we fall back or feel like giving up, healing allows us to begin again.

I have a tree in my backyard that once looked completely dead. For over 15 years, I spoke life into it. I fed it fruit and vegetables, while Mother Nature nourished it with rain and sunlight. Now, every spring, it blooms with beautiful flowers, branches, and leaves.

Yes, parts of it still appear weathered, but love, patience, and care continue to bring it back to life.

We should show ourselves that same compassion.

Do not allow your past, intrusive thoughts, or difficult seasons to convince you that you are beyond growth. Be gentle with yourself. Healing requires nourishment, patience, grace, and love.

Even pregnancy takes time, care, and nurturing before a new life fully blooms. 🤍
