4. Payments & Refunds
Payments: Processed via [Stripe/PayPal/square/apple pay/google pay]; sales tax applied where required.
Refunds:
Digital Products: Non-refundable (Enchanted Waves & R.I.Z.E. Transformational Coaching).
Coaching: No Refund (R.I.Z.E. Transformational Coaching & Enchanted Waves).
5. Intellectual Property
All content (text, videos, courses) is owned by the respective LLC. Unauthorized use = legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Either LLC is not liable for damages for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. Enchanted Waves & R.I.Z.E.
